
Dr. Masuicca grew up in Oswego, and is an honors graduate of Oswego Catholic High School and Oswego State, where he earned a degree in Zoology. He graduated from the University of Buffalo Dental School in 1980, and has practiced continuously since then. He currently resides in Camillus, and has two grown children who attend college in Illinois. He enjoys reading, jazz music, his dogs, and his computer, and loves practicing at Cicero Dental!
Dr. Yamilka Serrano has been practicing dentistry on patients since 2004. She was born in Bayamow, Puerto Rico. Married in 2006 to Dr. Juan Lopez-Rosario, the couple enjoys traveling, dining out and going to the movies. Dr.Serrano attended the University of Puerto Rico and received her Bachelors Degree in Biology. She received her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry in 2004. Dr. Serrano completed her postdoctoral training at the James M. Rozanski Dental Residency Program, at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare in Utica, New York from 2004-2005. She was employed there before joining the office of Cicero Dental in 2007. Dr. Serrano dedicates much of her free time to continuing education.
Over the past few years, she has received continuing education credits in the following area's; Implants, Orthodontics, Pedicatric Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Pathology, Prosthetic and Periodontology. Dr. Serrano is a member of the New York State Dental Association, The American Dental Association, The Fifth District Association and The New York State Oral Health Coalition. Dr. Serrano enjoys spending time with her husband and their family dog Dante.
Raised in Vietnam with her ten siblings, Dr. Tran moved to the United States in 1991. After living in Tulsa, Oklahoma for one year, she moved to Seattle, Washington. In 1996, she graduated from Ingraham High School. Dr. Tran received as Associates degree in Science from Shoreline Community College. In 2001, she was awarded the Bill Gates Scholarship. Dr. Tran then transferred to the University of Washington where in 2002, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. She then moved to West Virginia. Dr. Tran graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in May, 2006, from West Virginia University. She received the Psi-Omega Preventative Dentistry Award in 2006. From there she moved to Cicero, NY with her fiance Peter, where she now works at Cicero Dental.
Dr. Tran is currently a member of New York State Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Fifth District Dental Society. Her hobbies include camping, traveling, volleyball, bowling and singing.
